In a new Teen Mom OG sneak peek, Farrah is seen checking in on her little girl Sophia, as well as her grown mother Debra while she is away at a job.
After Deb dropped Sophia off at school, she had a FaceTime session to catch up with Farrah. The single mother started the conversation off well with Deb mentioning that she bought her and Sophia presents before she quickly changed the subject.

An annoyed Farrah confronted her mother about a couple of invoices she received while she had been gone and asked her directly if she was using “excess amounts of water.” Debra denied the accusations of letting the "water run all day” and even explained the reasoning for the invoice. However, Farrah didn't believe her and accused her of lying!
