She may be a new mommy, but E! personality Giuliana Rancic she was able to take a night off to support a cause very dear to her: breast cancer awareness. A survivor herself, Giuliana hosted P&G's "Do It For the Girls" event in New York, encouraging women to perform self exams and detect cancer early.

Giuliana has experienced quite an emotional roller coaster since battling the disease. "I literally experienced the worst day in my life when I found out I had breast cancer," she told us on the red carpet, "but then I had the best day of my life three weeks ago when I had a baby. So much has happened in a year!"
