Giuliana Rancic on E!'s Emmy Night "Mani Cam": Will She Give Manicures on the Red Carpet?

The Emmy Awards will be Giuliana Rancic's first big time away from new baby Duke, but she has something fun to distract her from that: A Mani Cam!

"We will have a mani cam at my position," Giuliana told OK! at the P&G Give Hope "Do It For The Girls!" Day of Action to promote the need for women to do self exams and prevent breast cancer. "The celebrities are going to put their hands and show off their manicures."
