While Jamie Lynn Spears’ daughter Maddie continues to fight for her life, StarMagazine.com has learned her Aunt Britney has rushed to be by her side.
A source closed to Spears revealed, “Britney has cancelled all rehearsals until further notice. She said she had to attend to a family emergency.”
