The custody battle is just getting worse!
In a deleted scene from Teen Mom 2, Nathan Griffith hangs out with two of his friends who asks what the reality television star was up to during the day.
"Went up to my lawyers office to talk about custody of Kaiser," Nathan reveals. "She's going to go ahead and file the paperwork and we're going to go from there."
"One of the main reasons why I want to go there is because I want full custody. I want physical full custody of my son, living with me. I think the environment I can provide him will be more suitable to him, instead of the environment he's currently in now."
