Jenelle Evans’ Ex-Husband Arrested After Allegedly Assaulting A Woman
Jenelle Evans’ ex-husband Courtland Rogers has been arrested after allegedly assaulting a woman in Leland, NC.
According to reports, Courtland was arrested and taken to Brunswick County Jail on Sunday. He was booked for one count of misdemeanor assault on a woman.
In the arrest warrant, Courtland is reportedly accused of slapping the woman and dragging her by her hair. He allegedly threw her phone against the wall in an effort to stop to her from calling 911.
This is the second time this year Courtland has been arrested. He was previously taken into custody for allegedly possessing substances with the intent to sell and distribute.
His bail has reportedly been set at $100,000.
While married to Jenelle, Courtland served time at the Neuse Correctional Institution from July 18, 2014 to October 1, 2014 for “obtaining property by false pretense,” RadarOnline.com previously reported. During that time, he claims he met David Eason, who served time at the same prison from July 30, 2014 to January 1, 2015. Jenelle went on to marry David, with whom she now has one child, daughter Ensley.
