It takes a lot for Joe Gorga to breakdown, but watching his sister Teresa Giudice behind bars was more than enough to bring him to tears.
In a sneak peek for the final part of The Real Housewives of New Jersey: Teresa Checks In, Joe visits his sister in prison for the first time.
“I’m extremely nervous, I’m just sad,” he said while driving to the Danbury Correctional Institution with his family. “If she looks good, I’ll be happy. I don’t think I’ll be upset.”
But Joe was in for a rude awakening, as the man who was brought up to be strong was hysterical when he visited the mother-of-four daughters.
“Growing up nothing broke me, but this broke me,” he said in his confessional. “I’m helpless, I couldn’t help her. I sat there for the first hour tearing, crying. She grabbed my hand and said, ‘It’s okay, I’m okay.’”
