Joe Wicks, aka The Body Coach, took the UK by storm with this “Lean In 15” meals on social media and daily HIIT workouts! Now the Brit is about the change lives for the better in the States!
Joe is a self-made “Instagrammer from the UK” and personal trainer. His business started by posting recipes on the social app with the hashtag #LeanIn15. Now Joe has over 1 million followers and enormous book deal in UK and America!
His new cookbook, Lean In 15: The Shape Plan, was actually the “fastest selling debut cookbook of all time in the UK,” he told OKMagazine.com exclusively.
Joe explained why his plan is different and more efficient that traditional diets. “I’m against the diet industry,” he said. “These diets may work short term but they’re never going to work in the long term.” So instead of depriving yourself or under-eating, Joe maps out a new food plan in his book!

It’s about “fueling your body” coupled with “high-intensity exercise,” he insisted. Joe encourages his clients to eat the right foods the right times throughout the day.
The Lean In 15 book has three sections that feature Joe’s best meals for pre and post-workouts: reduced carb meals, post workout refuel meals, and snacks. He described the recipes as a “really simple way of eating.”
There are 100 recipes and two workouts to choose from and make sure to keep your eyes open for the follow-up books as Joe’s deal was extended and he’s filming new body transformation show in the UK!
