John Mayer recently got Botox, but not for the reason you think! While most get the injections for a more youthful appearance, John underwent the procedure for a granuloma on his vocal chords. John even had to postpone his Born and Raised tour as he needed time to heal from the surgery. Adele has also worked with John's doctor, Dr. Steven Zeitels. You might recognize his name from when she thanked him at the Grammy Awards! We're glad Dr. Zeitels was able to work his magic and that both are able to perform again!
