NYC Judge Rules Jules Wainstein Can Sell Home Amid Nasty Divorce

Jules Wainstein caught a break in court today as her divorce battle with estranged husband Michael Wainstein rages on.

RadarOnline.com exclusively learned that a NYC judge ruled Michael needs to sell one of their apartments after he failed to pay child support or rent for months.

As previously reported, Michael and Jules were sued after allegedly not paying nearly $72,000 in rent in 2016 for the home she shared with her two children.

Last month, she was hit with an eviction notice. Their second apartment, Apthorp, needs to be sold in order for their debts to be settled.
