After his concert in the English city of Birmingham, Justin head to a London night club for a pre-birthday party kick-off. And, yes, rumored new girlfriend, Ella-Paige was spotted out, too! Justin's real birthday bash will take place tonight at a circus-themed event. Happy birthday, Justin!
