Custody Battle! Is Kailyn Lowry Already Taking Her Baby Daddy Chris Lopez To Court?
Kailyn Lowry has already worked out custody agreements and child support with two baby daddies, Jo Rivera and Javi Marroquin, and now the Teen Mom 2 star has to go through it all again with her third baby daddy, Chris Lopez.
In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, Kailyn explained what’s next for her and Chris when it comes to co-parenting their newborn son.
“He has school and work. I’m able to be home right now so I’ll have the baby most of the time," Kailyn shared. "I told him he could see the baby whenever he wants.”
In addition to not having a custody schedule planned out, Kail said she’s “not even thinking about” child support just yet.
Although she and Chris haven’t had the best relationship, he was still the only one by Kail’s side when she delivered their son on August 5. She also wrote his name on the birth certificate because “that’s his dad.”
Despite her three sons having different baby daddies, Kail also revealed she isn’t worried about whether they’ll be able to spend time together.

“The kids go to their dads on their weekends and I have them on the same weeks. We’ll work something out for them to be together,” she said.
