Kailyn Lowry reveals to her first baby daddy, Jo Rivera, that she is ready to start filming about her pregnancy, which left him shocked. She also panicked over her kids, Isaac and Lincoln's reaction to the news.

Briana DeJesus, is also pregnant on the show with her second child with her second baby daddy, Luis. After finding out that he cheated on her, she is researching all her options. As seen on the last episode, she called it quits with Luis and suggested adoption because she doesn't want to co-parent.
