In a sneak peek for Teen Mom 2, Kailyn Lowry has a tearful goodbye with her husband Javi Marroquin before he is deployed for six months.
"Do you know when you'll be able to call us, or not really?" Kail asks her husband. "I'll call you as soon as I can," he assures her.
As the married couple of over three years embrace in a hug, Kail tells her husband, "It's going to be good. Stay strong, six months is going to fly by. Just keep your head up."
