In a sneak peek clip for Teen Mom 2, Kailyn Lowry and her husband Javi Marroquin share one last meal together with her 6-year-old son Isaac before he leaves for deployment.
The married couple mention how it's their last family dinner in their home before Javi leaves for months, which shocks Isaac, who thought he wasn't leaving until March.
A heartbroken Isaac says holding back tears, "I don't want you to leave." His mother tries to comfort him saying, "But it's okay babe, he's coming back!"
