In a bonus clip for Teen Mom 2, the mother-of-two opened up to her friend about her nasty relationship with her ex-husband, Javi Marroquin. She explained how her trip to Hawaii made her realize that she hopes their relationship could be "positive."
The reality star recently revealed that she's expecting her third child, but hasn't revealed the father yet.
