As seen in a sneak peek for tonight's episode, a very pregnant Kailyn Lowry breaks down during a phone conversation about her third baby daddy, Chris Lopez. "I'm like scared if I call him when I'm in labor or something, he like literally, won't show up," she said. "I'm about to do this by myself."
