Kanye West Returns To 'Jimmy Kimmel' Five Years After Start Of EPIC Feud—Relive The Cringeworthy Video
Kanye West is ready to put the past behind him as he will be coming back to Jimmy Kimmel Live! five years after a Twitter feud erupted between the singer and the talk show host.
The heated dispute came about in 2013 when Jimmy Kimmel created a funny spoof video of Kanye's BBC interview where he exclaimed that he’s “the number one rock star on the planet.” After the parody was released, the rapper put Jimmy on blast in a series of now-deleted tweets and cursed the host out.
The 50-year-old father of four fired back some tweets of his own and at the time, responded to the beef in his show's opening monologue. “Finally, I’m in a rap feud,” he joked. “I always wanted to be in a rap feud.”
Jimmy confirmed the "Fade" singer's guest appearance yesterday in a tweet saying, "On Thursday night, HURRICANE KANYE strikes @JimmyKimmelLive! @KanyeWest."
Kanye will appear on the late night talk show on Thursday, August 9th at 11:35 p.m on ABC.
