Keith Urban brought a little bit of country to the big city early Thursday morning. The country music superstar kicked off the first August perform at the Rockefeller Plaza stage for theTODAY show’s Citi Concert Series on August 2.
The 50-year-old wowed the audience with a mix of oldies but goodies and a few of his newest hits. At one point, he even brought Julia Michaels out so the two could perform their single “Coming Home.”

The singer’s newest album, Graffiti U, the tenth of his career, quickly rocketed to No. 2 on the Billboard charts when it was released back in April. The album’s success proves Keith and his music have found a way to stay timeless.
