Kim Zolciak Posts Emotional Note To Husband Kroy After Son’s Terrifying Dog Attack
Kim Zolciak got the scare of her life when her four-year-old son, Kash Biermann, found himself in the hospital on Sunday, undergoing emergency surgery after a terrifying dog attack.
Kim has been keeping fans posted on her son’s progress via Instagram, and last night she took a moment to call out a particular person who’s been her rock throughout this difficult time, her husband Kroy Biermann.
“I don’t know what I would do without you @kroybiermann,” she wrote beneath a photo of Kroy walking, barefoot, as he helped push their son’s hospital bed down a hallway.

“Kash just got out of surgery in this pic and he was heading to his room,” she explained. “He woke up looking for his daddy.”
“We left our house in such a hurry Kroy had no shoes on and I literally was half naked with deep conditioner in my hair…Those were the least of our worries,” she shared.
Kim’s oldest, Brielle, revealed on Twitter that initially, the family feared Kash may have lost a vital organ. But luckily, Kash was released from the hospital earlier than expected on Monday and allowed to continue his recovery from home.
