According to an insider, Kardashian, 38 — who’s already a mom of three — has fallen harder than she ever expected for her 23-year-old model boyfriend .
And has even told him she wouldn’t be upset in the least if she got pregnant.
“In the heat of the moment they’ve said they want to make a baby,” the insider dishes.
