Now that the Kardashians' trip to Thailand is over, it's back to the real world for this crew. And the real world for them means drunken antics, fancy new houses, and sometimes... a little bit of marijuana. But perhaps nothing is more dramatic on this week's episode than Scott Disick's behavior, which makes us think he might be back to his old ways of crazy partying and drinking...
