Watch! La La Anthony Dishes On Her Met Gala Dress & Upcoming Project With 50 Cent
La La Anthony chatted with OKMagazine.com and revealed a few juicy tidbits about her 2019 Met Gala dress and a new project that she's working on with rapper 50 Cent.
The actress reminisced about how her gown came to be and how much fun she had at the star-studded bash. "It was important for me to support at black designer for the Met this year. So I was happy for it," the mother-of-one explained.
Her dress was created by famed designer Virgil Abloh's label Off-White and was constructed to look like a hundred dollar bill.
The Love Playbook author also revealed that she's co-producing a new Starz series with 50 Cent called Intercepted. The soapy drama is based on Alexa Martin’s bestselling novel of the same name.
It will center on the trials and tribulations of La La's Marlee Harper, who has been dating her star NFL boyfriend for over a decade. But when her relationship unexpectedly ends, she vows to never date an athlete again until a new sports star comes into the mix.
