Sickly Lana Wood Reaching Her End At 71!
Natalie Wood’s tragic sister, former Bond girl Lana Wood is broke, homeless and fighting for her life!
Worried pals are collecting money to help get the 71-year-old —
who is struggling to survive by selling autographs at fan conventions — back on her feet!
Incredibly, down-and-out Lana is desperately trying to support her daughter, Evan, 42,
who’s fighting Hodgkin’s lymphoma and a lung disease. Evan needs an oxygen machine just to breathe.
The actress, who played sexy Plenty O’Toole in the 1971 Bond hit Diamonds Are Forever, is also battling her own health problems,
including high blood pressure and arthritis, which friends fear are killing her.
“I live with pain 24/7,” she reveals. She confesses the situation has made her consider suicide.
Despite her problems, she’s determined to get justice for sister Natalie, who died off California’s Catalina Island in November 1981.
