The Law & Order: SVU star, 61, had some advice for those who find themselves in the slammer. As a former prisoner himself, the actor sure knows what he's talking about. "It can get bad in there without technology," he said.

The "Body Count" rapper also revealed the number one reason why he won't go back to jail. Ice-T was previously arrested for evading a bridge toll. He also claimed he was a bank robber after being discharged from the Army.
