Now that Cory Monteith has finished up his 30-day stint in rehab for substance abuse, he's enjoying a little free time with his girlfriend, Lea Michele! The two jetted off to Mexico to celebrate and Cory tweeted to his fans, "sending out big love to everyone. thank you for the continued support! It means the world to me! :)" Lea and Cory also enjoyed date night in Cory's hometown at the Vancouver Canucks hockey game!
