News broke last night and early this morning that Glee star Cory Monteith has voluntarily admitted himself into a rehabilitation facility for substance addiction. So, where does his co-star and real-life girlfriend Lea Michele stand in all this? She supports him 100 percent. After sporting a necklace with her BF's name on it not too long ago, it's no wonder Lea is choosing to stand by his side through it all. Lea tweeted a positive message yesterday saying, "Feeling so grateful today."
