In a sneak peek clip for Monday night's episode of Teen Mom 2, Leah Messer's special needs daughter, Ali Simms, faces even more health challenges. The 8-year-old is seen in a medical clinic for some tests as her proud mother looks on. As seen on the past few episodes, Ali has experiences some difficulty breathing and was rushed to the emergency room.
As for Jenelle Evans, she is prepping to battle her mother, Barbara Evans, in the court room. The mother-of-three is fighting for full custody of her oldest son, Jace.
