The Teen Mom 2 star shared an emotional video of her daughter, Aliannah Hope Simms, doing yoga! The 8-year-old suffers from muscular dystrophy.
As fans saw on this past season on MTV, the mother-of-three had a hard time accepting her daughter's condition, and the possibility of seeing a “decline in mobility" in the future.
