The reality star received custody of her 5-year-old twin daughters Aliannah and Aleeah with ex-husband Corey Simms on last week’s episode under the condition that she passes the test that detects “methamphetamine, cocaine, codeine, heroin and things of that nature.”

Her lawyer explained, “Corey and his attorney have made some allegations against you, that you were involved in drug use. The judge said if this test comes back positive he’s going to consider changing custody.”
