On this week's episode, the entire crew headed to Los Angeles to film the reunion, which took place in October 2017. This was the first time many cast members came face-to-face after the love triangle kicked off.

During the episode, Kail gushed about Leah being a great friend to her for coming to her with the information, rather than finding it out months later via Twitter.

Leah took to her Twitter to defend her choice writing, "I truly felt like I was doing right by @KailLowry What do you guys think I should've done? Let it play out on TV and her be like wtf Leah? Is that where we stand? That’s just not the friend I am. /: It was tough either way!"

She added, "I'm pretty sure I've always been mutual. When Jenelle felt like everyone was against her... I was leaving the studio going to her hotel to BE A REAL friend, but I'm fake. That's cool. I always try to be everyone's friend. It doesn't always work out that way.. #smh #teenmom2."
