In the saga that is Lindsay Lohan's life, there seems to be more drama brewing on the horizon regarding her rehab situation. Reports are surfacing that Lindsay decided last minute that she isn't going to the court-approved rehab center in NYC because they won't let her smoke cigarettes. Instead, Lindsay is heading to Morningside Recovery in Newport Beach, California, but wants to transfer to a facility in Florida! The problem with this is, if the judge doesn't sign off on the center that Lindsay chooses, she can go to jail for 90 days for violating the agreement.
