Call it a mix-up, or just call it Lindsay Lohan, but the young star was scheduled to check in to rehab today, and didn't. Not only could she face an arrest if she doesn't turn up soon, but the 26-year-old is upsetting the judge by attempting to enter a treatment center not approved by the court. Watch the video above to see where she went after pulling up to and leaving the center the judge ordered her to stay in for 90 days.
