In a sneak peek clip for Teen Mom OG, the mother-of-three is out to dinner with her husband, Taylor McKinney, and the two discuss their future plans to expand their family. The spouses previously said they are interested in adopting, but agreed they want another biological child.
After the two expressed their desire to have another baby as soon as possible, Maci revealed some heartbreaking news.
