In a deleted scene for Teen Mom OG, Maci Bookout gushed to her good friend, Keelie, about her desire to adopt a child with her husband, Taylor McKinney. "Me and Taylor met with an adoption counselor," she told her friend, who was shocked to hear! "Taylor was bringing up wanting more, and I was like, 'we can have more but I don't want to be pregnant.'"
"If we are both okay with another child, we should go that route," Maci explained why they decided to look into adopting. "We 100% don't want a baby or toddler, we want 4 or 5 years old and up."

However, don't expecting another McKinney just yet! "It's definitely not something that will happening soon, like 3 to 5 years from now," she admitted.
