Mama June Opens Up About Going Blind: I'm 'Trying To Fight For My Vision!'
Mama June is staying positive!
In an exclusive interview with OKMagazine.com, the reality star opened up about the hardest challenge she dealt with this season...going blind. The WE TV reality star recently got surgery and admitted, "Like I tell people, I’m trying to take it day by day. Trying to fight for my vision in my left eye and I don’t have any vision in the right eye."
With two popular television reality shows, Mama June joked that all the success is the reason behind her blindness. "It’s kind of a running joke, I have two hit reality TV shows on two different networks and instead of it being mind-blowing, it’s just eyesight blowing. It just blows your eyesight out. Every time because like I said, I lost my sight with this eye here. Never regained it back. Lost my sight with the show."
