‘Married At First Sight’ Star Mia Bally Files For Divorce From Tristan Thompson

Married at First Sight star Mia Bally is already calling it quits on her marriage to Tristan Thompson!

According to People magazine, Mia filed for divorce from Tristan on September 4 in Dallas County, TX. Their quick marriage has played out on this season of MAFS, and it's still airing. The couple’s relationship got off to a problematic start when Mia was detained at the airport just as she and Tristan were about to start their honeymoon in Cancun with the other MAFS couples.

A spokesperson for the show told People at the time, “The warrant for Mia’s arrest was filed after her background check had been cleared by production.” People reported that Mia had been charged with stalking an ex-boyfriend and using an unauthorized credit card.

Tristan was blindsided by the news, telling cameras, “I know that s**t can get fabricated when it comes to exes and things like that nature I get it, but that doesn’t stop the fact that I have to live with this s**t right now. All of this is piling up, and now I’m sitting here not knowing who I just married.”

Their marriage took another hit when Tristan learned Mia may have still been using dating apps. “This entire marriage I feel like I’ve been completely honest with Mia, and I’ve told her to just give me the truth, and it seems like she’s gone out of her way to hide things from me. I honestly don’t know what to feel or what to believe right now. I thought we were done with all the secrets and lies," he said.

The other MAFS couples began wondering what was going on between Mia and Tristan and tried confronting them about it during a group outing.

“The elephant in the room is definitely Tristan and Mia,” Bobby Dodd told the camera in an exclusive OK! clip. “Nobody really knows what’s going on with them. They’re not talking about it.”
