Though Megan, 29, recently filed for divorce after five years of marriage, the two have been together since they met on the set of Hope & Faith, so there's a lot of history between them!
A source told E! "Things have gotten better between them as a couple. They have been getting along great." So we can only imagine how excited they are to add to their growing brood since Megan is now pregnant with baby number 3!
