Erin Andrews stopped by Shape to discuss how she makes time for workouts despite her crazy travel schedule. You don't have to be glued to a treadmill in your sad hotel gym—there are always jump ropes, or walking around your temporary city. She also chats about her new fitness video with Physique 57, which will be out in December.
