Khloe Kardashian's new physique looks amazing! How does she stay so fit? The Keeping Up With the Kardashian's star explained how boxing, stairs and the elliptical are her favorite ways to workout. To stay motivated Khloe said she pops in her headphones and watches a TV show, "Time flies. I don't even know that it happened and I'm like, 'Damn! I just sweated for an hour and I feel good!''
