Neil Patrick Harris and his husband David Burtka chatted with OKMagazine.com about movies, Broadway and wrangling hundreds of drag queens for their new HBO documentary Wig. The couple dished all the details about the producing the series at Kitchen Aid's 100th Anniversary bash.
Neil, 46, and David, 44, spoke about producing the HBO series and how their passion for drag culture led them to revive the iconic New York City festival, 'Wigstock,' with the legendary Lady Bunny.
"The younger generation doesn't really know how drag got their start," David said. The chef believes that the youngsters need to know more about their history "pre-Drag Race."
The How I Met Your Mother star also revealed why he's been rocking a mustache lately. He explained that he's shooting a movie in Montreal and it takes place in the 1970s.
Neil also opened up about whether or not he would return to the Broadway stage and reprise his role in the musical Hedwig and the Angry Inch. "The older you get, the better you are at playing Hedwig," he quipped.
