NeNe Leakes sounds more than excited about the prospect of hosting E!’s Fashion Police now that she is a rumored contender to replace Kelly Osbourne on the show.

While speaking with photogs on Monday night as she left Mr. Chow in Los Angeles, California, The Real Housewives of Atlanta star said the Fashion Police buzz was almost too much to handle. “It makes me feel like I need two drinks,” Leakes joked when asked how she was dealing with the chatter.

And when the same photog asked her why she’d be perfect for the show, Leakes had no trouble listing the pros of letting her fill Osbourne’s empty seat. “Because I’m fashionable, and I keep it real like Joan and tell it like is!” Leakes replied confidently, giving props to the outspoken FP host Joan Rivers, who passed away in September 2014.
