Two people who dressed according to the punk theme for the 2013 Met Costume Institute Gala were Nicole Richie and Miley Cyrus. The former Disney star shocked fans in a floor-length Marc Jacobs fishnet dress and platinum blonde spiked hair. And not one to shy away from a fashion risk was the mom of two, who also went with the theme in her white Topshop dress that almost matched the color of her blue gray hair.
