Nic was spotted shopping with Harlow at Trico Field store in Beverly Hills and I want to steal her look from head-to-toe. Not only are these cut-off jorts perfect in a slightly distressed way, I'm loving them even more paired with her cream, sleeveless shirt, aviator shades, skinny studded belt, and black booties. Excuse me while I go recreate this outfit in my closet to wear out today.
