Remember when Christian Bale lost like 100 lbs for his role in The Fighter and then he won an Oscar for it? I have a feeling the same is going to be said for Matthew McConaughey. MM lost a TON of weight to play an HIV-positive cowboy in his new film, Dallas Buyers Club, and this part has Academy Award written all over it. Also in the film is Jared Leto playing a drag queen and Jennifer Garner playing a nurse slash possible love interest, and basically the movie looks great.
