The Naked Cowboy is a bit of a phenomenon in New York City. Tourists travel from near and far just to get a glimpse of him! Since British singer Olly Murs is in the city to make a few TV appearances, he decided to stop by the Naked Cowboy for a couple of laughs. Olly shared a photo of the two on his Instagram page saying, "Hahaha not only was there a naked neighbour this morning... But also the Naked Cowboy!! Haha what a geezer!!"
