Khloé Kardashian Opens Up About Her Difficulty Losing Weight After Delivering Daughter True
The 'Revenge Body' star gained 40 lbs. during her pregnancy.
Khloe Kardashian is trying to get her pre-baby body back months after giving birth to daughter True Thompson. She opens up about her struggles to lose weight in the upcoming season premiere of Revenge Body with mom Kris Jenner.
In a clip for the new episode, Khloe, 35, and Kris, 63, sat down on the Good American designer’s motivational weight loss show to talk about shedding the pounds after giving birth.
“You spent so many years getting into the best shape of your life, and then you got pregnant,” Kris says. “How did that feel?”
Khloe admits that she gained 40 lbs. during her pregnancy and weighed 203 lbs. when she delivered in April 2018.
“I was 203 lbs. when I delivered, which blows my mind,” she confesses. “You think you’re going to have a baby and all of it’s going to come out, and then you leave the hospital and you’re life, ‘What is going on? Why do I still have all of this weight?’”
The reality star reveals how she was adjusting to motherhood. “My focus is True and just really immersing myself in motherhood,” Khloe says. “But I completely relate to the daunting thought of, ‘Gosh, now I have to go work out and where do I start?’“
“It’s hard,” Kris agrees. “You have to have a lot of inner strength to be able to pull that off.”
Season three of Revenge Body With Khloe Kardashian premieres Sunday, July 7, at 9 p.m. on E!.
