Rob Kardashian has had a rough time dealing with body image criticism and negative press about his weight, and in an attempt to protect himself from more negative comments, he took a memory card from a female photographer who snapped a photo of him shirtless. That little move might have cost him, though, because the photographer has slapped the 26-year-old reality star with a lawsuit citing battery and assault. The photog was waiting for Rob in the garage at a gym he was visiting when she snapped the photo.
