Scarlett Johansson took her split with Romain Dauriac public this week when she filed for divorce and now OKMagazine.com has learned that childcare was at stake.

According to People Magazine, Dauriac’s lawyer Hal Mayerson says child custody was a main point of disagreement during the private negotiations.
