Scott Disick's emotions get the best of him in the season 11 sneak peek of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
The trailer first shows Scott walking out the door, then cuts to a sobbing Kourtney Kardashian.
The Lord then admits as he sits down with members of the Kardashian family that not having them around is devastating. He cried, "It's been a really hard time having all of you guys to having nobody.”

Scott and Kourtney have had three children together (Mason, Penelope, and Reign) over the span of their ten-year relationship. When photos surfaced of Scott with ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli on a yacht in the South of France, Kourtney called it quits.
Scott is currently in rehab in Malibu, California seeking treatment for alcohol abuse. This is his third attempt at a treatment facility, previously entering rehab in both Costa Rica and Florida.
